How do I download a template after purchase?
After a successful payment, you'll be redirected to a download page. You can also re-download from your Buyer Dashboard → Downloads at any time (up to the download limit).
What file formats are available?
Templates come in editable formats including DOCX (Word), PDF, XLSX (Excel), and ZIP packages. The file type is shown on each product page.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of products, all sales are generally final. If you have an issue with a purchase, contact support and we'll review your case.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and process payments through trusted providers (Stripe, Paystack). We never store card details on our servers.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, an account is required to purchase and download templates. Registration is free and takes under a minute.
How do I start selling?
Register as a seller, complete your profile, upload your first product, and submit it for review. Once approved (usually within 24h), it goes live on the marketplace.
How much commission does GrantForm Hub charge?
We charge a 10% commission per sale. You keep 90% of every sale price.
When can I withdraw my earnings?
You can request a withdrawal anytime your available balance exceeds $20.00. Payments are processed within 2-3 business days.
What types of files can I upload?
You can upload PDF, DOCX, DOC, XLSX, XLS, PPTX, and ZIP files. Maximum file size is 50MB.
Will my product be reviewed before going live?
Yes, all products go through a moderation review to ensure quality and compliance with our guidelines. This usually takes within 24 hours.
